Returned items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Replacement will only be initiated after the returned parcel is received, and refunds or exchanges will be processed after a quality check by our experts. While some returns may result in refunds, please note that ordering incorrect items does not entitle the customer to a return, refund, or exchange.
